What is the Cancellation Policy

Sometimes life gets busy and our schedule changes. At Spaw On The Spot, we like to be understanding for our clients and furry friends. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hour please call or message directly and there will be a $20 fee applied to your next appointment. Emergency cancellations within 12 hours will be charged $40 fee applied to your next appointment. For any cancellations within the day of the scheduled appointment 80% of service total will be charged at time of original appointment.
